POSTER COMPETITION

Anchor Boy Section

The Anchor Boys restarted after our festive break on Friday the 13th January. We now have 56 boys on the role with around 50 regular attenders on a Friday night.

 

We held our Christmas party on Friday the 9th Dec. At the party we played traditional games like pass the parcel and the boys showed off their street dancing skills. We were lucky enough to get a visit from Santa who brought a selection box for every Anchor Boy.

 

Our group competition is in full swing with nearly all of our 5 groups winning medals over the  last few months. The final result of our group competition will be announced in May at our Parents evening.

 

February is our fund raising month with us holding our family quiz night on Friday the 3rd of February and our Coffee morning on Saturday the 25th February. We have ran our quiz night for a few years now and it is always a entertaining night. We hope to see our parents/friends & church members down at our coffee morning on Saturday the 25th February.

 

We will also be involved in some events that are being run by Springburn District more details to follow.
